We are looking for an AP Invoices Team Leader who will join our Global Business Services division.

Support us with :

  • Leading the team of professionals, Junior, Accountant and Senior Accountants (including setting individual and team goals, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, recruiting new talents)
  • Supervising and coordinating AP processes – invoice processing, account posting assignment accuracy and other period end closing activities
  • Monitoring current workload in the team, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the team; ensuring the right task split in the team and business continuity and following existing accounting guidelines
  • Supporting AP team with your accounting and process experience
  • Ensuring best practice across all AP tasks by leading process improvements and standardization
  • Maintaining excellent internal and external customer relationships through effective and timely communication
  • Support AP Manager in different ad hoc tasks

You will thrive in this role if you have :

  • 5 years of accounting experience in SSC / BPO
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader / Coordinator / Senior
  • Education related to economics, finance, accountancy
  • Excellent understanding of processes in AP and proven ability to constantly improve these processes
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills including the ability to resolve issues impacting different interconnected systems;
  • Good planning and organizational skills, with ability to adapt to changing environment
  • Ability to build good relationships with different stakeholders
