Opis pracyVisual Studio Code Android Studio XCode Bash PowerShell Python Groovy Ruby As a Automation Mobile Tester, you will be working for our client, a leader in the online banking industry, contributing to the development of a cutting-edge mobile application that supports thousands of users daily. The project involves building robust solutions for both Android and iOS platforms with a focus on code quality, user experience, and continuous innovation. You will be responsible for driving testing excellence by performing both manual and automated tests, shaping testing strategy, and mentoring teams in quality assurance best practices across the organization. Join as Automation Mobile Tester and Elevate Mobile User Experience! Warsaw based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office / month). Conduct manual and automated tests on mobile applications for Android and iOS Explore new areas for test automation within mobile development Implement testing strategy and architecture for mobile platforms Coordinate complex testing tasks across multiple teams Define and maintain cross-team QA standards and practices Set quality goals and define metrics (KPI / Quality Gates) for mobile testing Identify gaps and propose improvements in current testing strategy Design and implement automated testing solutions Select, recommend, and implement appropriate testing tools Collaborate with product owners, project teams, and IT stakeholders to improve QA processes Participate in community of practice, sharing QA knowledge and mentoring peers Experience as a QA Expert Minimum 4 years of experience testing mobile applications (Android & iOS), both manually and with automation Strong knowledge of software development and testing processes Solid experience with mobile test automation tools Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in cross-functional teams Strong commitment to continuous learning and self-development Analytical thinking and a high level of accuracy Good self-organization and time management skills Hands-on experience with test management and bug reporting tools Ability to read and analyze logs and source data Practical knowledge of tools like TestLink, Xray, or similar systems Stable and long-term cooperation with very good conditions Enhance your skills and develop your expertise in the financial industry Work on the most strategic projects available in the market Define your career roadmap and develop yourself in the best and fastest possible way by delivering strategic projects for different clients of ITDS over several years Participate in Social Events, training, and work in an international environment Access to attractive Medical Package Access to Multisport Program Access to Pluralsight Flexible hours sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care remote work opportunities flexible working time fruits integration events corporate gym mobile phone available for private use computer available for private use saving & investment scheme no dress code coffee / tea drinks christmas gifts birthday celebration access to +100 projects access to Pluralsight
