Our team is the Corporate Reporting Department. Together we will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of billing processes and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations. The billing manager will be critical in optimizing the billing process and ensuring compliance with the group's policies and relevant regulations.

IF YOU ARE

Experienced in billing, finance, or operations, with at least 5 years in the field and at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Knowledgeable in customers’ billing processes
A proven leader with experience managing teams
Proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
Skilled in analytical thinking and attention to detail
Equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilient under pressure and efficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
Experienced with SAP S / 4 HANA (optional)
Familiar with data visualization tools like Power BI (would be a plus)
Holding professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA (nice to have)

Manage the billing process

Oversee all aspects of the billing process, ensuring that billing is accurate, timely, and compliant with the Group policies and relevant regulations

Continuously assess and improve the billing process and supporting documentation to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring that financial assessments are conducted with a focus on evaluating risk implications relative to the budget

Oversee the use of billing systems, ensuring that the team is adequately trained on any tools or platforms used in the billing process

Supervise, mentor, and train the team
