  • Lead QA / QC efforts across Revit models, families, and drawing sets to ensure compliance with brand and technical standards.
  • Develop clear concise documentation for design standards, modeling workflows, and content libraries.
  • Build and deliver Revit training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders, helping teams adopt and apply standards effectively.
  • Work cross-functionally with architects, designers, BIM managers, and stakeholders across disciplines and geographies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives around BIM strategies, workflows, tools, and processes.

Apply if you have :

  • A bachelor's and / or master's degree in architecture.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in retail or multi-site architecture projects.
  • 2+ years of experience creating and managing Revit content, templates, and drawing standards for prototype or rollout programs.
  • Hands-on experience working with or for owners and / or operators in the retail or commercial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Revit best practices including family creation, model setup, and template structuring.
  • A proactive, self-directed working style. You take ownership and push projects forward with minimal oversight.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience creating Revit training materials and coaching teams on content implementation.
  • English proficiency at C1 / C2 level.
  • Even better if you have :

  • Prior experience supporting large-scale prototype programs.
  • Experience building scalable content libraries across multiple brands or formats.
  • Worked directly with owner stakeholders such as store planning, construction, or brand design teams.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM360, or other collaboration platforms.
  • A passion for innovation in multi-site design, and a drive to help brands scale their built environments efficiently and consistently.
