About the Role
As a Commission-Based Appointment Setter, your role will be to help us generate qualified leads by reaching out to potential clients - agency owners, eCommerce founders, and marketing leaders - on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
You’ll be responsible for starting conversations, booking discovery calls, and ensuring a smooth handover to our sales team. We’ll provide the ideal client profile (ICP), proven outreach scripts, and all the training you need to succeed.
This role is fully remote, flexible, and commission-based - perfect for someone who’s confident in their communication skills and motivated by results.

Your mission is to open the door to new opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in generating business for our Recruitment Services by initiating meaningful conversations and booking calls with qualified leads.
General Responsibilities
- Reach out to ideal prospects across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using your personal accounts
- Use our pre-written scripts and adjust them when necessary to sound natural and authentic
- Book qualified discovery calls for our sales team with agency or eCommerce decision-makers
- Keep track of your outreach activity and report on leads, conversations, and calls booked
- Follow up with prospects who show interest but haven’t booked yet
- Collaborate with the team to share insights on what’s working and where we can improve
