Your responsibilities

• Lead supplier sourcing, selection and contracting for running and new projects for MRO;
• Always try to achieve the KPI’s, such as savings
• Increase stakeholder management within Inalfa, like understanding business needs and support in solving issues and development;
• Supporting engineering changes of the product from the purchasing side
• Creating and verifying business partners in the system and verifying their bank accounts
• Issuing debit notes for Inalfa Poland suppliers, in accordance with the established division of responsibility for individual projects
• Preparing cost estimates for components
• Timely execution of tasks resulting from the Time to Market schedule and reporting them according to established rules
• Cost optimization for the plant through supplier sourcing, unification of materials used in serial production, positively impacting the plant’s financial results
