Position Description

  • Lead hypothesis-driven analytics : Shape key questions with business leads, run experiments, perform cohorts analysis, determine actions and quantify risk-reward.
  • Generate account & segment intelligence proactively : Expose untapped whitespace, size cross- / upsell lift, analyze buyer journeys, buying patterns and flag churn risk.
  • Drive strategic decision-making as analytics advisor : Turn complex findings into crisp, executive-ready PowerPoint stories with clear actions and impact.
  • Scale impact with analytics products : Build analytics products fueled by CRM, ERP, marketing & web data using SQL / Python to make your analytics scalable.
  • Embed a data-driven culture : Partner with Portfolio as , Marketing, Sales & Digital teams to align on key success metrics, set targets and embed a data-driven culture.

Position Requirements

  • 5+ years in analytics, BI or data-science roles turning commercial data into growth recommendations.
  • Fluency in SQL, one scripting language (Python or R) is a plus.
  • Fluent English.
  • Direct experience with large datasets such as CRM, ERP, marketing-automation, or e-commerce systems. Dashboarding tools experience (Qlik, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen-confident challenging assumptions and prioritizing what drives business and revenue.
  • Executive-level communication, slide-design, and data-storytelling skills.
  • Life-science / diagnostics industry experience is a plus.
