Our Client in the leading community for Human Resources and a marketplace for innovative technologies that define the Future of Work. Client serves as a vital resource for news, insights, and market trends that motivate and support organizational leaders around the globe. Headquartered in London, UK, Client operates throughout Europe and the United States.

  • Salary : between  145-170 PLN / hour net + VAT (B2B)
  • Location :   remote position
  • Language : communication in  English  daily

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years with smart contracts.
  • Strong proficiency in Solidity and deep understanding of EVM.
  • Experience with Hardhat or Foundry development environments.
  • Practical knowledge of Rust and Anchor (Solana).
  • Familiarity with Soroban and the Stellar ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of secure and upgradeable smart contract patterns.
  • Strong testing skills (unit, integration, fuzz) and focus on code quality & security.
  • Experience with TypeScript and automation scripting.
  • Work with fungible tokens and blockchain audits.
  • Understanding of CI / CD and broader blockchain ecosystems.

    • Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing smart contracts using Solidity on Ethereum.
  • Setting up and maintaining development environments with Hardhat or Foundry.
  • Building blockchain solutions on Solana (using Rust and Anchor) and Stellar (using Soroban).
  • Applying secure and upgradeable smart contract design patterns.
  • Writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.
  • Collaborating with audit firms and preparing codebases for security reviews.
  • Managing and optimizing CI / CD pipelines.
  • Working with fungible tokens and integrating blockchain protocols.
