At Open Loyalty, we help companies engage and retain their customers with our robust toolkit of loyalty and gamification mechanics.

Companies use Open Loyalty to launch innovative loyalty programs at scale and introduce features such as points, tiers, rewards, referrals, coupons, challenges, and more, faster than developing them from scratch.

The solution is used by 55+ companies from retail, insurance, and CPG sectors, coming from 30+ markets and including brands such as Limango, Heineken, JTI, ALDO, or the U.S. Soccer Federation . We are 50 loyalty and technology professionals who are here to disrupt the future of the loyalty industry.

How does success look like in this role?

After 3 months :

You're well-settled within the organization, and you understand our product teams and their needs. You've defined a vision for quality development within the platform team and prepared an action plan that inspires others to jointly raise standards. Initial improvements are already being implemented, and the transformation roadmap has gained stakeholder approval.

After 6 months :

Your ideas are genuinely changing the way teams think about quality. The solutions you proposed are being implemented and are yielding results—teams are independently taking care of quality in their respective areas, and you're supporting their development through mentoring and modern tools, including AI. We're seeing positive effects in both processes and work culture.

After 9 months :

Together, we've built solid foundations for a quality culture throughout the entire organization. Your approach has influenced how quality is perceived across the entire product. You are a leader of change who sets the direction for further development—you don't just improve, you also inspire. With your help, quality is becoming an integral part of our daily work.

Our basic requirements for this job :

  • Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer with leadership responsibilities in a SaaS / product setting;
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (preferably Cypress, Postman, JMeter);
  • Solid understanding of software testing types and levels : unit, integration, E2E, performance, exploratory;
  • Experience in leading or actively participating in QA transformation initiatives – including quality ownership across developers, team enablement, and implementation of organization-wide QA standards;
  • Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams;
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English (at least B2), and fluent Polish (at least C1);
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
  • It’s great if you also have :

  • Interest in AI-supported testing and a drive to explore new QA tooling and approaches.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions and test automation workflows in GitHub-based environments.
