Project – the aim you’ll have

Our client is a global technology company that provides innovative shipping and logistics solutions to e-commerce businesses of all sizes. With a strong presence in international markets, they help merchants streamline fulfillment operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to support our client.This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Position – how you’ll contribute

Salesforce Enhancements & System Integration : Design, implement, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, ensuring high performance and reliability across the platform.

Database & BI Excellence : Apply advanced SQL and relational database expertise to build and optimize data models that support both Salesforce operations and broader BI strategies.

End-to-End Development : Architect and implement scalable, reliable solutions that ensure data integrity and seamless integration with external systems.

Collaboration : Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned.

Documentation & Multitasking : Become the go-to expert in creating and utilising detailed documentation while effectively managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices : Engage in peer code reviews, advocate for best practices and process improvements, and mentor team members to cultivate a high-performing, forward-thinking development culture.

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

Experience : 5+ years development (on any OO language) + good understanding of DB's.

Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming with hands-on experience in SQL and relational database management, crucial for BI tasks.

Expertise in Apex and integration (REST / SOAP APIs).

Strong documentation discipline.

Cert : Platform Developer II (minimum).

Proficient in English at a communicative level (B2+)
