Responsibilities
- Own and execute regional CRM strategy in collaboration with the global CRM team
- Build and manage high-impact CRM campaigns, both automated and ad hoc
- Optimise performance across CRM channels including email, push, SMS, and more
- Work with data teams to analyse performance, report on key metrics, and implement improvements based on insights
Requirements
3-5 years' experience in CRM marketing, email marketing, or lifecycle marketingProficiency in data analysis and performance reportingExperience working with CRM platforms and customer data toolsA B2C background is preferredA proactive, results-oriented approach and a keen eye for detailBusiness level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)What you will get in return :
