Requirements
- High degree – technical degree preferred
- Professional experience with project management in a production company – preferably a new-building shipyard
- Excellent command of English
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of the technical aspects of ship and yacht building
- Knowledge of CLASS and Authorities’ technical standards for yachts
- High level of organizational skills and self-confidence in making decisions
- Understanding of the value of proper stakeholder management, skills in balancing the interests of different parties and finding compromises
- solution-oriented, flexible, proactive and skilled in the art of communicating open-minded and respectfully at all levels
- High proficiency in negotiations
- Good command of Polish
