We are currently seeking a Machine Learning Engineer / Software Engineer to support the Target Evaluator project — a GenAI-powered multi-agent system developed in collaboration between Translational Medicine Neuroscience and the AI CoE. If you're passionate about building intelligent systems that accelerate scientific discovery, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What you will do :
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the Target Evaluator from MVP to a mature, scalable solution.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to support multi-agent system interactions.
- Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitLab and GitOps practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate ML components and GenAI capabilities.
- Support deployment and hosting of services in Kubernetes environments.
- Provide technical consulting and agile software development services to the project team.
What we are looking for :
5 years of professional experience in software engineering or ML engineering.Strong programming skills in Python and solid understanding of software development best practices.Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.Familiarity with CI / CD tools and DevOps workflows (GitLab, GitOps, Kubernetes).Exposure to machine learning engineering or MLOps, ideally in life sciences.Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent frameworks.Nice to have :
Experience working in High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.Background in neuroscience, bioinformatics, or pharmaceutical R&D.Perks and benefits :
