User Behavior Analysis : Funnel analysis for registration, deposit, betting, and withdrawals.
Monitoring key product KPIs such as retention, churn, LTV, session length, etc.
Feature Performance Evaluation : Running A / B tests to evaluate the impact of new features on core metrics.
Generating product reports to identify which features drive user engagement and revenue.
Hypothesis Support & Validation : Collecting and analyzing data to validate or reject product hypotheses.
Working closely with UX / UI teams to improve the user experience based on insights.
Dashboards & Analytics Tools : Building and maintaining product dashboards using Tableau.
Segmenting users (e.g., VIPs, casual players, high-risk segments) to personalize analysis and product decisions.
Qualifications
Experience of 2+ years of working with a b2c product, as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Strong knowledge and experience using Tableau or similar analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio).
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and operations teams.
Familiarity with data visualization best practices and presenting insights to stakeholders.
