We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Capgemini Connected Marketing Services team as an Artwork Project Manager. This position will work closely with a key client’s global innovation and design teams and support the client team with the delivery of packaging artwork projects.
The Packaging / Artwork Project Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple packaging artwork projects, from design through to print production, for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. With over 5 years of experience and a strong background in project management, this individual will lead cross-functional meetings to align priorities, allocate resources effectively, and enhance artwork management efficiency.
This role requires the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sourcing, Supply, Design, and Operations, to ensure the successful delivery of new products to market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing artwork development and the production process within a CPG company or a related industry.

lead and oversee multiple packaging artwork projects from design through to print package;, act as the primary liaison between internal teams (marketing, design, R&D, regulatory, supply chain) and external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers);, set the agenda and clearly define cross-functional responsibilities from project start to completion;, facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables;, maintain up-to-date records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets. This includes tracking milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the original plan; , identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays in the artwork development process and implement solutions to mitigate them;, compile regular artwork project reports that highlight progress, challenges, and solutions.
