We're now looking for a Key Account Manager for our clients in Poland to join our Client Success team - someone to lead the sales of our educational activities, care for existing clients, and identify opportunities to deepen partnerships.
Your mission :
- Your role is key in building and nurturing relationships with our current and future clients in Poland.
- Your main responsibilities will include maintaining and growing client relationships, understanding their needs and business goals, presenting our services, negotiating contract terms, and supporting them throughout our collaboration.
- You’ll also be tracking and analyzing results achieved by clients, identifying evolving needs, and working closely with other teams at Hedepy to provide a holistic service. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for selling additional services - such as webinars and workshops - and actively acquiring new clients interested in these solutions.

The ideal candidate :
Has 3+ years of B2B sales experience ; HR-related services are a plusAt least 3 years of experience in customer success or account managementVery good knowledge of English (our primary internal language)Strong communication and negotiation skillsGood time and task managementRelationship management skillsA background in psychology is a plusCan start in AugustBenefits
