Head of Legal

Job Description

• Act as the lead legal advisor for the company's Polish operations
• Oversee and manage legal matters across various domains including commercial law, compliance, regulatory affairs, IP, privacy, and competition
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements in alignment with corporate objectives
• Support local leadership with strategic legal counsel to mitigate risk and ensure operational alignment with applicable laws
• Ensure ongoing compliance with national regulations and internal governance standards
• Liaise with the wider European legal team on group-level initiatives and cross-border matters
• Monitor legal developments relevant to the company's business model and ensure proactive adaptation
