Industry : Banking & Finance Hybrid – Kraków, Poland (2-3 days / week onsite) B2B : 155–170 PLN / h Start date : August / September | Duration : 12 months Design, develop, and test high-quality code for new and existing features Engage in architectural discussions and contribute to design decisions Conduct peer code reviews and suggest improvements Troubleshoot and resolve issues across infrastructure, services, or operational layers Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business requirements and avoid misalignment Strong grasp of Java (core + advanced) with proven experience in enterprise-grade applications (5+ years) Solid hands-on expertise with Spring, Hibernate, and messaging tools like JMS or Apache Kafka Familiarity with Git for version control Competent in TDD / BDD testing methodologies Comfortable writing intermediate SQL queries and tuning database performance Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills
