We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer (GenAI) to join our project supporting a global client.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive analysis of existing tools and technical frameworks, as well as the technical redesign of software solutions.Your daily duties will include coordinating, designing, and developing software artifacts, monitoring productive systems, and analyzing and resolving software errors—especially within complex, performance-critical software environments.You will ensure the accessibility of newly developed components and work closely with team members to maintain high standards of software quality, security, and reliability.The role requires a strong focus on asynchronous processes, authentication and authorization, and the use of both backend and frontend technologies to deliver robust single page applications and scalable enterprise solutions.Our requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Fullstack DeveloperProficiency in Python, PandasSolid experience in Pharia AI Stack, Qdrant, PreMe, and GenAIDesirable experience in RAG, Retrieval Optimization, GenAI Evaluation, Langchain, and Container AppsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skillsDemonstrated ability to work on complex, performance-critical software environmentsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approacGerman language proficiency at minimum B2 level (must have)English language proficiency at C1 levelThis is how we organize our work
