Solutions Center of Excellence is a team of top-notch experts focused on specific practices, platforms, or technologies, stepping into the most complicated challenges. We participate in various projects of different sizes and scales, from сustomer-facing pre-sales activities to deep-technical assessments and implementation projects, or developing cutting-edge Solution Accelerators that extend existing technology boundaries or just exercise around certain technology with some hands-on prototypes, etc.

IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced with Python or Go
  • Strong in modern cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Skilled in designing and defining quality attributes, technical drivers, and application- or solution-scale systems
  • Experienced in creating technical specifications or architecture visions, including quality attributes, diagrams, risks, and system requirements
  • Great at leading and guiding small engineering teams, breaking down complex tasks, and effectively communicating decisions
  • Understanding the roles of various stakeholders and collaborating in design, decision-making, sales, and implementation
  • Proficient in aligning technical capabilities with program goals, engaging with client architects, business leads, and program managers to shape strategic objectives
  • A responsible, open-minded, and self-confident negotiator
  • Result-oriented, with strong critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Committed to delivering high-value projects while continuously expanding your expertise

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Work with Python or Go, their frameworks and libraries, design and implement architecture solutions to fulfill the client's business goals
  • Help align the client's software components between departments via education and a consistent approach using and advocating best practices in platform design
  • Be engaged in SAFe-like programs by establishing architecture governance and practice via soft power and education
  • Propose preparation with all the different parties, stakeholders, and workflows
  • Provide estimates and scope decomposition
  • Assess risk, define dependencies, and assumptions
  • Ensure technology assessments and comparisons
  • Develop technical specifications and architecture vision documentation
  • Take part in discovery phases and workshops covering all technical aspects of the deal
  • Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts, with their further delivery and presentation to the stakeholders
  • Participate in the implementation phase by defining and creating the core of that or another system, and transferring the knowledge to the development team
  • Use personal networks to boost knowledge and provide broad / innovative solutions
