Our client is a US-based dynamic tech company dedicated to supporting educational institutions during a transformative period in their operations. With a focus on providing cutting-edge solutions, this rapidly expanding organization is committed to assembling a team of exceptional individuals who are passionate about crafting unparalleled experiences for clients.

We are an API Management and System Integrations Practice, focused on designing and developing next-generation hybrid cloud platform solutions and implementing them across multiple clients and engineering teams.

IF YOU ARE

  • A holder of 3+ year track record of backend development in Python
  • Experienced with concurrency, multithreading, and asynchronous programming in Python (asyncio, threading, multiprocessing)
  • Skilled in FastAPI, or similar Python web frameworks
  • Knowledgeable in building distributed microservices architectures
  • Familiar with message brokers (preferably Kafka) and event-driven systems
  • Confident in working with AWS services and cloud-native design patterns
  • Aware of caching strategies (, Redis, Memcached) and their practical implementation
  • Accustomed to Component-Based Design (CBD) and modular code structuring
  • Proficient in Docker and container orchestration, while showing advantage of Kubernetes
  • Adept at CI / CD best practices and infrastructure as code (, Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • A problem-solver with strong attention to detail
  • A strong communicator thriving in cross-team collaboration

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Design and implement microservices using Python and FastAPI
  • Develop event-driven architectures utilizing Apache Kafka for inter-service communication
  • Build and deploy applications on AWS using services such as ECS / EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS
  • Implement efficient caching strategies (Redis, Memcached, in-memory, etc.) to optimize application performance
  • Ensure high concurrency, thread safety, and asynchronous processing for high-traffic services
  • Follow Component-Based Design (CBD) principles to produce modular, maintainable, and reusable code
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
  • Collaborate with DevOps for CI / CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality features
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability
