Your position in our team

  • Financial & Business Analysis : Drive rapid growth and development within the finance and business organization.
  • Reporting & Insights : Develop comprehensive reports for management and key stakeholders.
  • Adaptability : Effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment.
  • Influence & Collaboration : Engage with various management levels to drive initiatives and influence outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement : Contribute to process enhancements and operational efficiencies within a scale-up environment.

Your profile

  • Ambitious & Agile : Eager to learn quickly, iterate rapidly, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
  • Analytical Acumen : Solid understanding of accounting, financial, and operational principles, with the ability to identify key business success drivers. Familiarity with P&L, basic accounting structures, 3-statement reporting, and other core financial concepts.
  • Proven Experience : A minimum of two years in a finance role. Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment is a strong plus.
  • Communication & Influence : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all management levels through effective verbal and written communication.
  • Organizational Prowess : Superior attention to detail, capable of managing multiple competing priorities while maintaining a holistic view.
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficient Excel skills are required. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred. Experience with Workday Adaptive is a plus.
  • Project Management : Experience driving projects across an organization is a plus.
  • Language : Fluent business English (C1) is required.
