JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Service Desk Support- AD / O365 Administrator to provide comprehensive technical support to our internal users. This role will focus on troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining our core IT systems, including Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT environment and assist with daily IT support tasks for employees across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Windows OS, Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), and other business tools.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory and Azure AD. Support GPO policies and ensure proper security configurations.
Administer Office 365 tenant (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online). Support Azure AD services, including user provisioning, license management, and authentication issues.
Log, track, and resolve support tickets. Escalate complex issues when needed. Maintain documentation for common issues and internal knowledge sharing.
Monitor system health and performance. Apply regular updates and security patches. Assist with implementing security best practices and compliance measures.
Provide training and create user-friendly guides. Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users and collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes.
