Opis pracyLead the development and deployment of analytical solutions using Lakehouse architecture principles. Design and build scalable and efficient data pipelines and models using Databricks and other modern data tools. Act as a technical lead on projects, owning complex development tasks and guiding technical decision-making. Collaborate closely with internal tech teams in Poland and Sweden, as well as with business stakeholders - bridging the gap between solution design and technology. Continuously optimize existing solutions for better performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Support the resolution of complex incidents related to data pipelines and platforms. Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and high engineering standards. Stay up to date with the latest trends in Data & Analytics, including cloud data platforms, open table formats, and data governance. Ensure solutions comply with company security policies and industry regulations.
