We are seeking a skilled and experienced  Product Manager  to join our dynamic technology team within the banking sector.

Requirements

  • Around  5 years of experience within Product Manager role , managing IT products
  • Experience working cross-functionally to guide products from conception through launch, growth and maturity by connecting the technical and business worlds to meet our customers at their needs
  • Experience with IT products used for improving and modernizing software stacks
  • Experiences in and a passion for solving critical problems related to data quality, warehousing, and analytics
  • Software engineering background  would be preferred
  • Ability to work 5 days / week on-site

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with teams across the organization to define a go-forward vision for our products
  • Partner with engineers and users to define, track and deliver on Objectives and Key Results
  • Help define and drive user adoption strategy
  • Lead the delivery of our products user testing and rollout across divisions
  • Proactively identify ideas to improve products and processes based on user feedback to increase engagement
  • Manage product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Working to demanding timescales in a fast paced, dynamic team working environment
