Opis pracySupport project management using ticketing systems and communication platforms such as Slack under senior guidance. Assist in regular team communication to stay updated on ongoing projects and learn to identify potential challenges. Support collaboration with engineering, DevOps, and business teams to understand customer feedback and project objectives. Learn to build client relationships through observation and guided practice, developing active listening skills. Assist in coordinating client projects by supporting sprint board management, participating in meetings, and learning to monitor project alignment with client expectations. Support analysis of project metrics including due date compliance and other performance indicators to understand trends and improvement opportunities. Participate in R&D initiatives to learn about AI-driven tools and their application in project management and DevOps operations. Assist in preparing project updates and contribute to performance reporting to senior management under supervision.
