Cloud Security Controls Coordinator

Location : Kraków (Hybrid, mandatory office attendance 6 times per quarter)

Contract type : B2B

Working time : Full-time

ABOUT THE PROJECT

We are looking for a Cloud Security Controls Coordinator to join a global Cloud Security team within the Cybersecurity Assessment and Testing (CSAT) function. This role plays a key part in overseeing and enhancing cloud security controls applicable worldwide. You will support projects aimed at strengthening cybersecurity and governance processes across multiple countries and legal entities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Control Owners, Security Architecture, 2LoD Risk Management, and Chief Control Office (Technology) to align and facilitate projects led by the Cloud Security Controls Team
  • Ensure governance and measurement of cybersecurity controls in the cloud follow company frameworks and industry best practices
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders to drive improvements in the design and operation of cybersecurity risk and technical controls in the cloud
  • Facilitate and administrate meetings and forums
  • Maintain and update the team’s operating model, procedures, and Confluence documentation
  • Manage Epics, Stories, and Tasks in JIRA
  • Define business requirements and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new developments supporting the team’s objectives

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE REQUIRE

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in international operational environments
  • Experience managing stakeholders including Group CISO, Cybersecurity Leadership, Chief Controls Office, and 2LoD Risk teams
  • Solid background in Risk and Control Management with ability to translate complex IT concepts into business-friendly language
  • Technical knowledge of Cybersecurity, including Cloud Security (generalist level or above)
  • Understanding of risk and control metrics such as KCIs, KRIs, KPIs
  • Excellent technical writing skills and proficient written English
  • Team-oriented mindset combined with ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results
  • Experience working in fast-paced, complex corporate environments requiring multitasking and adapting to ambiguity and change
  • Influential and credible interpersonal skills, active listening, good judgment, and strong communication to effectively manage stakeholders

    • OPTIONAL / NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with GRC tools
  • Business or data analysis experience
  • Project or programme management background
