AR Accounting Analyst with English

This position will report to the O2C Team Leader and will be responsible for maintaining accurate Accounts Receivable records, preparing reports and supporting data analysis for Zoetis business entities across the globe. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills , attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to support business operations.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and analyze AR reports , ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Reconcile AR / GL accounts and investigate discrepancies.

Process and post journal entries in the ERP system.

Calculate and book Allowance for Doubtful Accounts to ensure proper risk management.

Provide clear and accurate explanations for financial variances and movements in AR accounts.

Assist in preparing audit documentation and ensure compliance with SOX regulations .

Maintain and update customer master data .

Collaborate with diverse teams (ex. : local finance controllers, collections, credit&risk, customer service).

Take part in process improvement projects .

Requirements :

Minimum of 1 year experience working in Accounting ( preferably in Accounts Receivable ) / Reporting / Financial Analysis or related field within a Shared Services or BPO environment.

Educational background in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration nice to have.

Analytical and problem-solving skills needed.

Strong competence in Excel.

SAP experience nice to have.

Fluency in written and oral English (minimum B2 level)
