Senior Project Manager (Data Center Migration Program)

We are currently seeking anbsp; Senior Project Manager nbsp;to join our Project Management Team in Warsaw. You will take ownership of key workstreams and projects within a large-scalenbsp; Data Center Migration Program , reporting directly to the Steering Committee and Program Director. This is a challenging, strategic role with a focus on high-impact delivery, leadership, and coordination.

• Location : nbsp;Warsaw, Poland – 100% on-site (Stara Ochota)
• Contract Type : nbsp;B2B
• Rate : nbsp;150–190 PLN net + VAT / hour

Technical Scope :

Project / program integration and delivery management.

Effort estimation, task planning, prioritization, and timeline alignment.

Supervision of timesheets, workload distribution, and team resource optimization.

Risk identification and mitigation planning.

Compliance with FDP project methodologies and reporting standards.

Interpersonal amp; Managerial Duties :

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.

Manage communication, timelines, and dependencies across teams.

Ensure successful cooperation with suppliers and vendors.

Navigate and resolve project issues under pressure.

Qualifications amp; Requirements :

5–8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally in financial services (insurance, banking), telecom, or consulting.nbsp;

Solid understanding ofnbsp; SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) .nbsp;

Proven ability to run complex IT projects in international environments.nbsp;

Experience with project management tools (e.g.,nbsp; MS Project, JIRA, Clarity, SharePoint, Confluence ).nbsp;

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.nbsp;

Soft Skills :

Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.nbsp;

High resilience and problem-solving mindset under stress.nbsp;

Negotiation and influence skills across diverse stakeholder groups.nbsp;

Ability to define, communicate, and drive toward clear goals.nbsp;

Your responsibilities :

Lead assigned workstreams within the DC Migration program end-to-end.nbsp;

Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and quality standards.nbsp;

Plan and coordinate team activities, assign priorities, and manage workloads.nbsp;

Supervise internal and external project contributors, including vendors.nbsp;

Maintain comprehensive documentation and project tracking.

Report on project status, risks, issues, and escalate as needed

Support the improvement and use of internal project management tools and methodologies.
