What You Will Do
- monitor data feeds from various exchanges and contributors, including quality management and processing for both existing and future sources
- quickly identify potential issues using various tools and analyses, and escalate them to the appropriate teams
- detect data anomalies, validate them, and determine suitable follow-up actions
- prevent, manage, and follow up on critical data production issues, as well as oversee software and hardware changes that may impact our services
- collaborate closely with the IT department, relevant internal and external partners, and team members across time zones to ensure a seamless customer experience
What You Bring
