2+ years of Business Development experience preferably within the iGaming industry or IT industry
Proficiency in CRM systems Hubspot, Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office
Ability to create presentations on provider performance
Proven ability to work effectively with international, multi-cultural, cross-functional teams
Proven ability to negotiate, creative problem-solving, and excellent organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various teams and geographies, often managing different priorities
Detail-orientated and multi-tasking ability
B2+ English is mandatory (another European language is a plus)
Responsibilities :
Identifying opportunities to generate leads through research, such as LinkedIn, and other sources;
Collaboratively work with the business development, and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers;
Building relationships with clients (casino operators) to influence the release of our games;
Be aware of all major projects within the organization and make it your business to know when project deliveries are expected.
Negotiate commercial and contractual terms and document commercials accordingly
Data analysis helping identify opportunities for clients for growth and areas where performance has dropped.
Assist the support team with issues affecting clients and Company partners.
Act as a gatekeeper and point-of-contact; involving prioritizing and filtering communication.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers
Info on game releases and dates
Marketing and promotional tools awareness (Freebets and Rain promo) delivery to the operator.
Working with other members of the teams and providing support and cover where necessary.
Act as a trusted advisor to the customers. Build trust and confidence with customers through clear communication and by delivering on commitments.
Being aware of industry trends, particularly in the iGaming content, to help provide feedback to our game-development team.
Provide demonstrations and walkthroughs of product capabilities to help increase the engagement of the client in the game promotion.
