Requirements :

  • 2+ years of Business Development experience preferably within the iGaming industry or IT industry
  • Proficiency in CRM systems Hubspot, Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to create presentations on provider performance
  • Proven ability to work effectively with international, multi-cultural, cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to negotiate, creative problem-solving, and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various teams and geographies, often managing different priorities
  • Detail-orientated and multi-tasking ability
  • B2+ English is mandatory (another European language is a plus)

Responsibilities :

  • Identifying opportunities to generate leads through research, such as LinkedIn, and other sources;
  • Collaboratively work with the business development, and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers;
  • Building relationships with clients (casino operators) to influence the release of our games;
  • Be aware of all major projects within the organization and make it your business to know when project deliveries are expected.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms and document commercials accordingly
  • Data analysis helping identify opportunities for clients for growth and areas where performance has dropped.
  • Assist the support team with issues affecting clients and Company partners.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and point-of-contact; involving prioritizing and filtering communication.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers
  • Info on game releases and dates
  • Marketing and promotional tools awareness (Freebets and Rain promo) delivery to the operator.
  • Working with other members of the teams and providing support and cover where necessary.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the customers. Build trust and confidence with customers through clear communication and by delivering on commitments.
  • Being aware of industry trends, particularly in the iGaming content, to help provide feedback to our game-development team.
  • Provide demonstrations and walkthroughs of product capabilities to help increase the engagement of the client in the game promotion.
