Market Research Specialist / Associate Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage end-to-end primary and secondary market research projects, including vendor selection, RFP development, and quality assurance.
  • Deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Category Management, Customer Engagement, Global Commercial Development) to support product lifecycle management.
  • Design and execute research to optimize product concepts, pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and customer sentiment using diverse data sources to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Expand market visibility by identifying and integrating new data sources, especially in emerging markets.
  • Communicate insights effectively through dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Continuously enhance research capabilities by engaging with vendors and participating in industry events.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in market research, business development, or strategic analytics.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to design and deliver market research projects and analyze complex data sets.
  • Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience in Consumer, FMCG, or Animal Health industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, SPSS, SAS).
