Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Business Process Analyst to join our team in this key role. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment, drive process improvements, and support meaningful business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights, implementing enhancements, and ensuring the highest quality in our processes and services.

What will you be doing?

In this role, your responsibilities will include :

  • Planning, performing, and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Diagramming and evaluating existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Developing metrics and data points for process measurement and monitoring.
  • Providing consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve performance and quality.
  • Delivering presentations and training sessions focused on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
  • Communicating team progress, challenges, and achievements effectively to stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

We would be happy to meet candidates who meet the following criteria :

  • 4-year degree and 2-4 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and process evaluation skills, with the ability to design and implement improvements.
  • Experience in developing and tracking performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and train others effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with strong problem-solving abilities.
