EY GDS Creative Services Pillar is an inhouse agency that helps EY teams build a better working world by delivering high-impact, high-quality and on–brand creative solutions. People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring, but also strategically precise and deeply human — across multiple media platforms. Our Swiss Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) client is looking for a creative and dedicated Creative Manager to oversee brand analytics and reporting, as well as the development of design and brand materials. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Brand Manager at EY Switzerland. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our brand identity is communicated consistently and professionally across all channels. As Creative Manager you will be working closely with the pillar leader, Global Creative Director, and other function heads on a day-to-day basis, you will set the vision and ensure exceptional service delivery, effective stakeholder management and efficient people management. A strategic thinker with strong business acumen, you can anticipate changes, identify competitive opportunities, and lead transformational initiatives in an evolving creative ecosystem.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of creative designers, art directors, project managers and project coordinators, to deliver best-in-class service
- Create design assets for multiple communication channels, including digital, print, social media, and internal communications ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
- Conduct brand analyses and evaluations of performance metrics based on available market studies and reports
- Review current sponsorships in relation to the overall brand strategy, assess new opportunities, and perform necessary contractual evaluations
- Lead and project-manage complex, high-visibility projects for Swiss market, navigate any ambiguity and act as a strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
- Build and sustain a high-performing team by driving efficient people management processes that involve staffing, coaching, learning and development, and performance management
- Collaborate with other creative managers to build creative and operational best practices that align with the business objectives and strategy to provide exceptional service delivery
- Successfully manage the service-level agreements (SLAs) of your team through regular metrics monitoring and proactive redressal of any anticipated risks
- Be a part and contribute towards various organizational initiatives

Proficiency in English and German, with strong communication skills in both languagesStrong knowledge of visual design and creative strategy and be well-versed with execution of creative vision within the modern digital landscapeExperience in developing brand identities and designing print and digital materialProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook and all relevant digital toolsExperience across a range of digital, social, and integrated mediaKnowledge of social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest etc.)10+ years of overall experience in a global environment, preferablyMinimum 3 years of creative management experience in a related industry working in a fast-paced, matrixed agency or in-house team environment.Ideally, you’ll also have
