Job Description

This is a transition role focused on Citrix / VDI.

We are seeking a Citrix / VDI Knowledge SME to support the transformation of our virtual desktop infrastructure.

Languages : English and German – must have

Skills Required :

5–8 years of experience as a Citrix / VDI knowledge lead
Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Broad technical skills in VDI infrastructure technologies, especially Citrix

Tasks :

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications

Serve as the Knowledge SME during the VDI / Citrix transformation

Support the transition and handover to delivery teams

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
