Your responsibilities

  • Localize and deploy global marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Develop and execute local engagement activities (e.g., events for wholesalers / distributors)
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and commitment to marketing initiatives
  • Manage local marketing content and budgets
  • Ensure digital presence is current and optimized in collaboration with digital specialists
  • Evaluate campaign performance and implement improvements
  • Support value-based selling through effective marketing content
  • Drive operational efficiency and meet ITV targets

Our requirements

  • We’re looking for a proactive, business-minded marketer who thrives in a collaborative, international environment
  • Master’s degree in business or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a B2B context
  • Strong project management and social media skills
  • High digital marketing proficiency
  • Fluent in Polish, English, and German (written and spoken)
  • Cross-cultural communication and collaboration experience
  • Business acumen and customer understanding
  • Accountability and communication skills
  • Open-mindedness and adaptability
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

    • Your Role

  • As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between global marketing strategies and local market execution. You’ll ensure that marketing activities are tailored, translated, and deployed effectively, maximizing impact and aligning with our go-to-market plans.

    The position is a fixed term contract : 1.July.2025 – October 2026.
