about-project :

  • As an Engineering Manager in the Brands department you will work and lead a talentedteam of developers based in our Poland office to create innovative and high performingmobile apps for a range of LeoVegas’ brands such as LeoVegas, BetMGM, BetUK andExpekt. Along with 4 other Engineering Managers you will shape the future of Native leadership. You will have a mobile first approach to development, with an understanding of softwareDevelopment.

    • responsibilities :

  • Delivering the Design, build, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and efficientsolutions within your team
  • Optimising resource utilisation, enhancing performance, and ensuring reliabilityacross cloud platforms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and streamlineprocesses
  • Improve and maintain the applications with a product focus
  • Contribute to launching new brands and brand expansions into new territories

    • requirements-expected :

  • Solid engineering background, spending at least 5+ years working as an engineer
  • Strong people management and leadership skills with at least 3+ years of managinga team
  • Experience in leading or building mobile apps
  • Experience in leading and developing people and teams through goals, inspiration,transparency and trust
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and mentoring agile softwaredevelopment teams

    • offered :

  • Hybrid model - we would like you to show up in our Warsaw office three times per week, the rest of the days of the week are up to you
