- Experienced in IT business analysis (5+ years)
- Proficient with ServiceNow platform (2+ years)
- Understanding the business analysis specifics with ServiceNow implementation
- Adept in understanding customers and their commercial problems
- Good at leading the design of tailored solutions for success
- Experienced in supporting development teams in the Agile environment
- Skilled in business needs definition, business and solution requirements elicitation and analysis, process modeling and analysis, solution definition, backlog management, solution validation, workshops facilitation
- Fluent in presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in business English
