Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Job Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure using modern data engineering tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and transform data from various sources into a modern cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Lead and mentor data engineers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and documentation within a CI / CD environment.
  • Manage and optimize workflows using orchestration tools like Airflow and ensure efficient data operations on cloud platforms (preferably AWS), leveraging tools like Terraform, dbt, and Fivetran.

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a Data Engineer, with a strong track record in building data pipelines, developing scalable data infrastructure, integrating diverse data sources, and shaping technical data architecture.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or Scala) combined with advanced SQL skills for data transformation and analysis.
  • Solid background (3+ years) working with modern cloud-based data warehouse solutions—ideally Snowflake—and data orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
  • Practical knowledge of cloud computing environments (preferably AWS) with 2+ years of hands-on experience; exposure to infrastructure as code using Terraform is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with tools in the modern data ecosystem such as dbt, Fivetran, or Stitch, and their role in streamlining data workflows and governance.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a data engineering team, including mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Working understanding of data modeling, metadata management, and the principles of data architecture and warehousing.
  • Comfortable using CI / CD tools like GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline to support automated deployment and testing workflows.
