What is Noda?
Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we're seeking a talented Middle Product Designer to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission :
- Working on multiple projects , aligning product goals with user needs through thoughtful and visually appealing designs;
- Creating and testing design hypotheses, preparing user scenarios, and communicating decisions clearly;
- Collaborating with researchers to validate your designs, prepare mockups, and conduct A / B testing;
- Designing high-quality UI with attention to composition, typography, and details;
- Working with developers to ensure smooth implementation, providing detailed screens and logic;
- Contributing to and maintaining the Design System for consistency across projects;
- Preparing presentations to share design concepts and outcomes;
- Collaborating with other designers, learning and sharing knowledge through team and training projects.
Your skills and experience :
Around 2 years of experience in UX / UI or product design, with a solid portfolio;Strong skills in visual design : composition, typography, and hierarchy;Fluency in Figma : components, variants, autolayouts, styles;Familiarity with Design Systems;Understanding of the principles of working with a design system;Ability to balance creativity with user-centered solutions;Strong analytical skills and understanding of how design impacts the business;Experience working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;Clear communication and presentation skills;Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive, collaborative team;English at level B1+ and fluent Russian language skills.What do we offer?
