What is my role?

As Channel Sales Manager focused on alliances partner landscape, you are responsible for driving sales within a given channels to help maximize revenue opportunities with channel partners.

Reporting to the Country Business Leader, you will collaborate closely with all internal functions like Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Supply Chain, Finance as well as ALE central teams. Your mission is winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners.

Your goal is to achieve sales targets through channel partner enablement and engagement at all levels by taking the lead on key business initiatives, gaining market share though ALE technology adoption in assigned partner’s landscape. You’re responsible for partner’s engagement and business ownership by creating and maintaining sales opportunities as well as order forecast accuracy.

As a part of ALE growth strategy, we are currently looking for dedicated Channel Sales Manager / Partner Manager to drive key Alliance Partners in Poland, with strong focus on Orange Poland Group.

What am I responsible for?

  • You establish productive, manages professional business relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.
  • You meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • You establish marketing and sales plan per channel with regular follow-up.
  • You establish ongoing Business Partner training and certification plan to enable partners in chosen Enterprise products and solutions.
  • You drive and maintain the channel account plans for the defined Business Partners.
  • You address customer service issues as raised by the channel partner.
  • You drive new business enablement initiatives and work on cross selling opportunities within assigned channel partners.
  • You lead key opportunities and train channel partner resources on how to win with ALE portfolio.
  • You Manage forecasts and accuracy on weekly basis, reflecting prospects and opportunities in Alcatel Lucent Enterprise forecasting tool on regular basis.
  • You have experience in managing national-wide channel partners with existing relationship at Orange Poland Group.
