Job Description

• Lead and manage a global HR Operations team, ensuring efficient delivery of key HR services
• Develop and implement a scalable, future-focused HR operations strategy aligned with organizational growth and the needs of multiple regions
• Design and maintain a robust HR data architecture and infrastructure to enable advanced analytics, reporting and integration with HR technology platforms
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes, policies and workflows, collaborating with senior leadership to introduce innovative solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
• Evaluate and standardize global HR operations leveraging automation and digital tools while ensuring compliance with local laws and cultural differences
• Collaborate with relevant teams to assess, enhance and integrate HR technology systems to support the organization's evolving needs
