About the job
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Financial Professional to join our Group Accounting team. This is a key role, responsible for coordinating the group audit process across the entire organization, acting as a vital link between internal stakeholders and external auditors. You will play a strategic part in defining and challenging the audit scope, streamlining audit processes, and driving continuous improvement.
In addition to audit coordination, you will contribute to the consolidation process and support various external reporting obligations, including statistical and regulatory reporting.
Specifically, you will :
- Lead and coordinate the annual group audit process across all entities
- Define, review, and challenge the audit scope in collaboration with external auditors and internal stakeholders
- Manage relationships with auditors, ensuring efficient communication and timely delivery of audit requirements
- Actively challenge audit requests to optimize effort and focus on critical areas
- Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and implement best practices
- Support the monthly consolidation process by ensuring accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Collaborate with subsidiaries and finance teams to ensure reporting consistency and compliance with group policies
- Participate in preparation and submission of external reports, including statistical and regulatory reporting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS reporting standards as applicable
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Group Accounting and Reporting function
- Support special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting requests from senior management
Who are you?
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in audit, group accounting, or financial reporting, preferably in an international environmentStrong understanding of consolidation, IFRS, and group audit processesExperience working with auditors and managing complex audit projectsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProactive and self-driven with the ability to challenge the status quo and influence stakeholdersFurthermore, you have
