How you will make an impact

  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects (e.g., system implementations, process improvements, automation, support relevant IT or migration projects).
  • Prepare and execute milk settlements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align processes and achieve project goals.
  • Maintain master data, keep documentation and knowledge bases up to date.
  • Provide quality, accurate, and timely support to farmers’ inquiries and maintain strong relationships and trust.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need :

  • 2–3 years of experience in project management
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed
  • Knowledge of process improvement or project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean)
  • Proficiency in English (min. B2) and excellent communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills, analytical mindset; experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus
  • Experience working with master data, system integrations, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage
  • A relevant bachelor’s degree
  • Danish, Swedish, German, Dutch or French language is nice to have
