About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to manage a team of developers and support engineers. The ideal candidate holds a Salesforce Architect certification (Application, Technical, or System) and has hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Field Service, and Revenue Cloud (RCA) or CPQ. This role involves shaping the technical direction of the Salesforce platform and aligning it with business needs.
Currently, the team is relatively small, the idea is to hire individual contributors but we start it from the top. In the very beginning it will be more about managing external vendors and hiring the team in meantime.
Responsibilities
Team leadership : Manage and develop a team of Salesforce developers and support engineers
Solution architecture : Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices
Technical support : Improve incident response and system stability
Project delivery : Oversee full development cycles – from requirements gathering to testing and deployment
Stakeholder collaboration : Bridge technical and business objectives
Platform optimization : Track Salesforce innovations and propose system enhancements
Governance & compliance : Establish reliable and secure data practices
System integration : Coordinate integration with other enterprise systems
Requirements
Must-haves :
Salesforce Architect certification (Application / Technical / System)
Proven experience managing Salesforce technical teams
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Field Service, and RCA / CPQ
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations (e.g., APIs, MuleSoft)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
Nice-to-haves :
Experience with Jira and DevOps toolchains
Knowledge of AI and automation in Salesforce
Background in customer service or field operations environments
Personal qualities :
Analytical mindset with a customer- and results-oriented approach
Strong decision-making and attention to detail
Resilience under pressure, proactive attitude, and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
