Opis pracyLeading end-to-end IT projects in line with internal methodologies and timelines. Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior stakeholders. Creating and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Tracking project budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution. Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring strong communication flow. Identifying risks and taking proactive mitigation measures. Providing regular progress reports to senior management. Conducting post-project evaluations and implementing improvements. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management (ideally in manufacturing or logistics). Higher education in IT, Business, or related fields. PMP certification Strong command of English (daily working language). Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Focus on business applications more than on deep technical knowledge. A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
