Job Description

As a Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence the development of JDE brands on a regional scope including Poland and Baltic markets. JDE’s portfolio in ground and instant coffee includes two strong brands : Jacobs and Prima. You will be responsible for driving business growth through local brand activation, effective portfolio management, and the successful market launch of planned innovations in the given geographical scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate local brand activation initiatives;
  • Coordinate the implementation of new products — plan and lead projects in close cooperation with

a cross-functional project team;

  • Lead projects in compliance with existing processes — ensuring full understanding and acceptance
  • of projects among key stakeholders;

  • Analyze the market and competitive landscape, monitor trends, and translate insights into business recommendations;
  • Manage the product portfolio on an ongoing basis;
  • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders (sales, shopper marketing, global marketing) and external partners (creative agency, media agency;
  • Manage local marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize impact and cost-efficiency.

    For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience :

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree;
  • Over 3 years of experience in FMCG (preferably marketing, shopper marketing, or project management);
  • Experience in launching new products / innovations — project management expertise;
  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business recommendations;
  • Fluent English;
  • Entrepreneurial approach — proactive, high energy, and a strong “can-do” attitude;
  • Ability to learn quickly and solve problems;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
