Ciklum is looking for a Senior SAP BTP Consultant / Developer to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role :

As a Senior SAP BTP Consultant / Developer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating innovative solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform, enabling digital transformation and driving business value.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions using SAP BTP services (., SAP CAP, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build, SAP Fiori / UI5)
  • Lead the development and integration of SAP BTP applications with SAP S / 4HANA and other systems (on-premise and cloud)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to development best practices and SAP standards
  • Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality technical delivery
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in BTP applications
  • Stay updated on SAP BTP product roadmap and recommend innovations aligned with business needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP development, with at least 2–3 years on SAP BTP
  • Strong expertise in SAP BTP services such as : SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) SAP HANA Cloud SAP Integration Suite (., Cloud Integration, API Management) SAP Build Apps / Work Zone SAP Fiori / UI5 and SAP Business Application Studio
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, , or Java (for backend development)
  • Experience with authentication & authorization (OAuth, XSUAA, IAS / IPS)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI / CD processes on SAP BTP (., Git, Jenkins, Transport Management)
  • Solid understanding of SAP S / 4HANA architecture and extensibility models
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

    • Desirable

  • SAP BTP Certification(s)
  • Experience with SAP Event Mesh, Kyma, or other hyperscaler integrations (., Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Background in agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Hands-on experience in multi-tenant application design
