Export Compliance Analyst

Our Import-Export team within Materials and Procurement provides trade compliance support for end-to-end order management and delivery processes. We’re experts in what we do, from assessing global trade risk and providing mitigation strategies, to delivering strategic and tactical support in developing international supply chains, to implementing strategies to reduce import expenses and auditing all documentation.

What you’ll achieve

Join a dynamic EMEA Trade Compliance team where global trade meets innovation. Reporting to the EMEA Trade Compliance Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations align with evolving EU dual-use export regulations. This is a unique opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

As an Export Compliance Analyst, you’ll support export screening processes and manage EU dual-use licensing activities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—Legal, Logistics, Tax—and engage with external partners and government agencies to enable compliant growth across the region.

You will

  • Assist with EU dual-use export license applications and renewals
  • Conduct export compliance screenings and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor regulatory changes and support internal policy updates
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities to ensure seamless compliance

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Law, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Understanding of EU Dual-Use Regulation (e.g., Regulation (EU) 2021 / 821) and export compliance principles
  • Strong analytical skills and accuracy in handling regulatory documentation and screening processes
  • Clear written and verbal communication, especially when dealing with internal teams and external authorities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable Requirements

  • Familiarity with export compliance screening applications such as GTM. TradeSphere or Amber Road
  • AI and automation skills
