We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable (P2P) Specialist with German

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a skilled professional to join a reputable international company known for innovation, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to employee development.

If you have a solid background in AP processes, speak fluent German and English, and are ready to grow in a dynamic, cross-functional team – this is the role for you.

Requirements

You have at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or end-to-end P2P processes

You have hands-on experience with Travel & Expense (T&E) processes and tools

You speak fluent German and English (minimum C1 for German, B2+ for English)

You are proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented

You have a good understanding of procurement and financial workflows

You are familiar with support and ticketing tools

Experience with SAP is a strong plus

Prior exposure to the DACH / German market is highly desirable

You are flexible and can adapt your support to changing business needs

Experience in process transitions / migrations is highly welcome

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for internal and external stakeholders in Accounts Payable and T&E processes

Ensure smooth operations by resolving issues proactively and communicating effectively

Manage invoice processing, reconciliation, and issue resolution in alignment with company policies

Deliver support tailored to the needs of specific countries or categories

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process consistency and compliance

Promote and enhance self-service tools and process documentation

Identify areas for process optimization and support continuous improvement initiatives

Monitor compliance and escalate risks where needed
